摘要
Favre–Racouchot syndrome refers to dystrophic skin diseases and occurs mainly in men over 50 years of age. The article describes a case of a rare skin disease – Favre–Racouchot syndrome combined with acne rosacea. Diagnosis of this dermatosis is hampered by physicians' lack of awareness of skin diseases, inattentive clinical examination of patients, and lack of patient referral for this condition. Experience of local therapy of nodular cutaneous elastoidosis with cysts and comedones is analyzed. Advice is given to dermatovenerologists and cosmetologists how to treat the disease.
